Fabric is sold by the metre - 1m x 1.3m

Please order your extra fabric at the same time as your designs to ensure it is the same colour as the pieces ordered.

In the notes section, please let us know what colour you need.

If you are intending to make ties for your groom and his party, then we suggest the following:

1-2 ties = 1m

2-4 ties = 1.5m

4-6 ties = 2m

We recommend confirming this with your dressmaker.

Colours

This dress can be made in your choice from our colour selection, or, can be made in a custom colour. If you would like a custom colour for your dresses, there is a $50 additional charge per order. You will need to add custom colour to your order for this additional charge. You can see more details about this process here, or contact bridesmaids@blak.co.nz for more information.

Delivery

TRACKING & COURIERS

We use NZ Post Courier for most deliveries. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched, you will then be able to follow the progress of your delivery through the link supplied.International orders will either use Nz Post Courier or DHL.

NEW ZEALAND
Our standard rate shipping is a $12 flat rate. Shipping within New Zealand will generally take between 1 - 3 working days. Rural deliveries may require an extra 1-2 days.

INTERNATIONAL

Australian shipping is a $40 flat rate with DHL Express. Shipping time frames for Australian orders are between 3 - 5 days.

International shipping is a $60 flat rate with DHL Express. Shipping time frames for international orders are between 5 - 10 days. If you require an urgent or delivery please contact us on online@blak.co.nz and we will do our best to make this happen for you (there may be an extra cost).

DUTIES
Extra fees for duties and taxes may be charged to you as the purchaser from your local government upon your item entering your country if you have exceeded your local threshold levels. As it varies from country to country, you are best to refer to your local customs office for charges that may occur.

RETURNS

Due to this being a made to order product there are no cancellations, changes, returns or credits for other BLAK products.

Any issues on the garments must be raised at the time of pick up or on arrival to you by courier. If the garments need to be returned for inspection this must be done within 24 hours of receiving. If an issue arises, BLAK must have the opportunity to inspect this and come to an agreement with the customer.

Can’t get into store? Our sample dress service allows you to have a selection of styles sent to you or your bridesmaids directly to try on and decide on your favourites!
