BRIDESMAIDS - SAMPLE DRESSES
Sometimes getting your entire tribe together, in one place, at one time, can be difficult‚ so let us help you out.
We want your team to feel confident in choosing which style is best for them individually, so our samples range is is available to be sent to you‚ or your bridesmaids.
You can select up to 5 dresses per box ordered to try on at home.

SAMPLE DRESSES WILL BE SENT TO YOU IN THE COLOUR AND FABRIC THAT IS AVAILABLE IN YOUR DESIRED STYLE; WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE SPECIFIC COLOUR OR FABRIC REQUESTS.

Please note:

Order your bridesmaids dresses by end of day Tuesday to receive same week delivery. If some of your dresses requested are not available that week, we will contact you by email to let you know. Orders placed from Wednesday onwards will be processed for the following week's delivery. If you have specific date requirements, please include this in your order notes. 

We aim to dispatch orders on Wednesday, to arrive to you by Friday so you can try on with your girls over the weekend. Dresses must be collected or dropped off to NZ Post by Monday after the weekend. If you have any questions or require urgent delivery please contact us.

During peek seasons there may be a 1-2 week delay on dispatch. If that affects your order, we will email you to let you know. 

Your parcel will include a return courier ticket with NZ Post, please cut your courier bag along the top so you can reuse it for the return. Call NZ post on 0800 501 501 to advise them you have a parcel to pick up from your pick up location. The return courier tickets are on valid for New Zealand customers. International orders will need to pay for their own return courier.

TRACKING & COURIERS

We use NZ Post Courier for most deliveries. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched, you will then be able to follow the progress of your delivery through the link supplied.International orders will either use Nz Post Courier or DHL.

NEW ZEALAND 
Our standard rate shipping is a $12 flat rate. Shipping within New Zealand will generally take between 1 - 3 working days. Rural deliveries may require an extra 1-2 days.

INTERNATIONAL
International shipping is a $60 flat rate. Shipping time frames for international orders are between 5 - 10 days. If you require an urgent or delivery please contact us on online@blak.co.nz and we will do our best  to make this happen for you (there may be an extra cost)

DUTIES
Extra fees for duties and taxes may be charged to you as the purchaser from your local government upon your item entering your country if you have exceeded your local threshold levels. As it varies from country to country, you are best to refer to your local customs office for charges that may occur.

RETURNS

Due to this being a made to order product there are no cancellations, changes, returns or credits for other BLAK products.
